General Information

Our head office is based in Seoul, South Korea.

Benough products are formulated, manufactured, and tested in South Korea.

If it’s been longer than 24 hours, please contact us at service@bullons.com for help!

We are pleased to inform you there is no tax on your purchase since we are a Korean company. All of the duties and customs are already internally processed by us.

Shipping & Delivery

All of orders within the United States will ship via USPS Priority Mail.

www.benoughbeauty.com is a dedicated website for our US customers except for Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Alaska, and Hawaii. We are unable to accept orders shipping to destinations outside of the U.S. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Standard shipping takes 5-7 business days after the order is placed. Depending on where you live, delivery may take a longer time to arrive.

If you did not receive a confirmation email after placing an order, it is most likely because an incorrect email address was entered during checkout. Kindly send us an email at service@bullons.com with your name and phone number, as well as the items that you purchased, so that we can search your order.

Returns and Refunds

All returns must be processed within 30 days of receiving the order. The original order number must be provided to place a return, and you will be refunded in full to your original form of payment (with the exception of in-store cash purchases, which will be refunded with store credit). Please note, gift cards and store-specific merchandise are final sale.

Just email service@bullons.com with your order number, and we’ll be sure to get you the Benough you ordered.

Changed your mind? Made a mistake? Please reach out to us at service@bullons.com with your order number, and our customer service team will help you. Please reach out as quickly as possible so that we change your order in time. Once an order has been processed by our fulfillment team, we are no longer able to cancel the shipment.
